The Atomic Age collection combines lines dedicated to the greatest nuclear physicists of the 20th century. This model is a part of Oppenheimer line. It blends a unique techno-futuristic polygonal anatomic shape case with cutting-edge features such as tritium tubes illumination and complicated multifunctional quartz movement. Crafted with precision, each case consists of two welded metal parts and additionally secured by two rivets, ensuring durability and longevity.
Hands are carefully brushed and skeletonized, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the timepiece. Dials are adorned with a distinctive grain texture and have polished metal indexes with implemented vertically tritium tubes that provide outstanding long-lasting glowing, adding a touch of "Atomic power" to the overall design. Solid case back has a 3D image of the “Atomic Age collection” logo.
Specially designed integrated silicone straps have ventilation holes, providing amazing comfort even during extended use. In every pack there is a set of silicone and genuine leather straps, allowing you to easily change style to suit any occasion. Each timepiece goes in special shock & waterproof Red VE Dry Box XL that could be transformed into collector box for 4 timepieces.
Robert Oppenheimer the head of the Los Alamos laboratory and “Manhattan Project” that developed the first nuclear weapons. After the WWII, Oppenheimer became chairman of the influential General Advisory Committee of the newly created US Atomic Energy Commission. He used that position to lobby for international control of nuclear power to avert nuclear proliferation and a nuclear arms race with the Soviet Union.
