The N1 rocket was a soviet project of a super-heavy space launcher, standing 105 meters high and 17 meters in diameter, powered by 30 engines. Designed to compete NASA's Apollo program in lunar missions during the "Space Race". Developed between 1962 and 1974, it had four unsuccessful launches from 1969 to 1972. Despite its ambitious design, it failed to achieve its goals, leading to the program's cancellation in 1974.
